This plugin is used to select the connected part of a network. Actually, running this plugin is like calling Select->Nodes->First neighbors of selected nodes many times until all the connected part of the network containing the selected nodes is selected.
Select one or more nodes in the connected part you want to highlight and call the plugin. It will expand your selection until all the connected part which the selected nodes are part of is selected.
Download the files from the project page. Then
just put the .jar file in the plugins folder of Cytoscape.
